everything was fine, super friendly staff, easy location just next door to macksville town centre, the hospital, restaurants and the river, restaurants and shops and staff. we were given reasonably large and brand-new rooms with the usual coffee and air con.

Conveniently Located but outdated and dirty

Stayed at a motel during thanksgiving, it was advertised as budget-friendly but not worth it. The location was convenient and easy to access. The room had a comfortable bed and a toaster and a kettle which were useful. However, the place was outdated and dirty, I had to clean the bathroom myself and remove a few bugs. The carpets were old and stained and the decor was very tacky. the room and facilities were not well-maintained and it didn't meet my expectations. Wouldn't recommend it.
